Kids activities in Liverpool at the Valley Community Theatre!

Introduction:

We here at the Valley Community Theatre are dedicated to providing children with fun opportunities to explore their creativity and talent in our fun and supportive environment through our kids’ activities in Liverpool.

Whether your child is an aspiring musician or a music lover, enjoys participating in drama or enjoys pantomimes, we have something special for them.

Here are three of our fantastic activities that your children can participate in here at the Valley Theatre.

Open Mic Music for Secondary School Age 11+:

Every Friday from 4-6pm, our theatre has our Open Mic Music sessions for secondary school students aged 11 and above.

Our open mic is a wonderful opportunity for young musicians to showcase their skills in front of a supportive audience comprised entirely of their peers.

Alternatively, they can be apart of the audience and enjoy the amazing music produced by their peers.

Our Open Mic Music is a great way for your child to have a good time with their friends enjoying music together or to make new friends.

The focus is on fun and expression, making it the perfect setting for young musicians to thrive.

We encourage all young music enthusiasts to come along and experience the amount of fun and amazing music at our open mic music for kids.

Valley Community Theatre's Youth Theatre:

If your child has a passion for drama and performance, our Youth Theatre is the perfect place for them to explore their creative potential.

Held every Monday from 4:45 to 6:45 pm, the Youth Theatre is open to children aged 8 to 17.

Our sessions are designed to help young people develop their drama and music skills in a fun and engaging way.

Through a variety of activities and exercises, participants will learn the fundamentals of acting, script work, improvisation, and stagecraft.

Our Youth Theatre provides a safe and encouraging environment where children can express themselves, build confidence, and develop their abilities in drama.

It’s a fantastic way for kids to enjoy and learn drama, make new friends, and be part of an amazing community.
