We have a 130 seated capacity in the Main Auditorium. The seating rake is retractable allowing for a versatile space. We can house 250 people in the building at any one time. Hires for performances are complimented with our Foyer Space complete with café/bar. Helpful, friendly staff, sizeable male & female dressing rooms along with free staff car parking facilities make for a very comfortable stay!

The auditorium hires at £65 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 consecutive hours.

Dance Studio 1

Dance Studio 1 is fitted with a sprung floor with accessible ramps either side. Measurements can be taken on our 3D Matterport scan. Have a wander about!

Our studios are great spaces for a variety of project needs e.g YouTube shoots, vlogging, photography, film, dance, music & drama rehearsals. We have a variety of equipment to hire on site that can enhance your experience (please enquire). You and your team will have access to our private car park so you can get on with your project without any of the hassles of car parking fees associated with inner city venues.

Dance studio hire £30 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 consecutive hours.

Dance Studio 2

Dance studio 2 to the rear of the building is a sizeable space complete with a mirrored wall on one side and graffiti wall on the other. You can view it and take measurements on our Matterport 3D tour on this page.

Again this studio space can be hired for £30 per hour (minimum booking of 4 consecutive hours) and can be used for a variety of uses from dance, photography, film and perhaps even a YouTube broadcast space?

Recording Studio

Recording studio hire is £25 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 consecutive hours without engineer, £35 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 consecutive hours with an engineer.

Whether you prefer an analogue or digital sound or a mixture of both our broadcast quality recording studio offers the latest in digital recording and editing facilities with a vast array of plug-ins to sculpt that perfect project. Using the Neve, Antelope and Pro-tools system ensures a great flexibility and our range of recording spaces is unsurpassed at this price point. The combinations of space and equipment are almost endless e.g you can record in our auditorium space (great for orchestral or choral work or for bands who prefer to play live, together) record our concert grand or simply capture the room ambience of a drum kit in a larger space. You have the option of our stone walled room too and 2 separate vocal booths. We have a range of microphones and can compliment existing equipment by utilising a local professional hire company based in Liverpool.
